Quality Diocese Award

The Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting is honored to have received the 2016 Quality Diocese Award from the National Catholic Committee on Scouting. This award recognizes dioceses that " deliver exceptional programs to youth members at all levels of Boy Scouts of America programs."

Religious Emblem Deadlines

All completed Religious Emblem applications are generally due to the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry by December 31st of each year to participate in Scout Saturday. Each application must be submitted with a $15 check or money order made out to the Diocese of Salt Lake City to cover the cost of the emblem. Upon receipt of the application and fee, a letter will be sent to the Scout with details about the Scout Saturday Awards Ceremony. Please mail each application and payment to:

Adult Awards

All Adult Award applications are generally due to the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry by December 31st of each year to present at Scout Saturday. Upon receipt of the application, the awardee will be notified and be invited to attend the Scout Saturday Awards Ceremony. Please mail each application to:
